DG, BPSR. Dr. Joe Abah (@DrJoeAbah) declared open GMSI Executive Seminar on 'Leading and Managing Change'.

The BPSR in collaboration with the Governance and Management Service International (GMSI) United Kingdom, (UK) organised a one day Executive Seminar on “Leading and Managing Change” for Directors of Reform Coordination and Service Improvement in the Federal Civil Service.

The seminar took place on Thursday, 7^th April 2016 at the Obasanjo Hall of the Office of the Head of Civil Service of the Federation, Abuja. In attendance at the seminar were BPSR top management staff, and Mr. Osuagwu, a retired Federal Permanent Secretary.

The seminar exposed participants to the latest thinking and practice in the management of change, and also provided them with practical advice and skills in order to enhance their ability to help both themselves and their organisations to cope effectively with corporate   change in conditions that may challenge traditional managerial practices in the public service. The Director General, BPSR, Dr. Joe Abah declared open the Seminar. The seminar which was highly interactive, was evaluated by participants as educative and beneficial. At the end, the Director of Reform Coordination, Federal Ministry of Finance gave the vote of thanks.
