At 12noon today, Dr Joe Abah will be taking part in a TweetChat hosted by Partnership for Public Administration Reform (P4PAR). It's an hour long and an opportunity for people to ask Dr Abah questions, especially on public service reform in Nigeria.
You will recall that the DG, BPSR had a successful maiden tweet chat hosted by the journalist Tolu Ogunlesi on 26th of June,2015.
