The Permanent Secretary who expressed optimism in the emergence of a new brand of Civil Service which will be committed and dedicated to the rebuilding of the new Nigeria of our dream, further called on Nigerians to make it a habit to pray on behalf of those who are in the position of authority so that God would give them the wisdom to discharge their statutory responsibilities.
