When BPSR, DG. Dr. Joe Abah updated President Buhari on Bureau's activities.

The Bureau of Public Service Reforms, one of the Agencies under the  Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), gave a presentation on its activities to President Muhammadu Buhari on 27th August 2015 at the State House, Abuja.

Director General of the Bureau Dr. Joe Abah, in this presentation, traced the history of the Bureau and set out its mandates: implementation, coordination, harmonization and communication of the Public Service Reforms. He provided Mr. President with an update on all reform activities to date, stressing that the primary purpose of all public service reforms must be to affect tangible improvements on public services experienced by citizens.

Dr. Abah highlighted parts of the Compendium of Reforms 1999-2014, National Strategy on Public Service Reforms, and the new BPSR publication on How to Manage AND Reform Agencies and Parastatals. The Director General also briefed the President on the Bureau’s special interventions in NDDC and NEPAD.
